Our Air-Dried Beef Cheek Roll Chew for Dogs is made from 100% beef cheek and slowly air-dried to preserve its natural structure. Beef cheek comes from the cheek muscle of the cow and is simply rolled and dried. It is not rawhide and is not chemically processed.
